Easter Egg Hunt, 2013

This year things were looking much better for our kids who were used to participate in the Easter egg hunt in our church.  Last year I could not find even a single egg hunt, so we had organized a little one with one of our. friends who have smaller kids.

We have found an Easter egg hunt that were to take place in the old chateau, in France, just a 20 min. ride.  Chateau de Preisch dates back to the 12th century. Most of the original buildings are still there as well as the old  church.  The sights were magnificent.  The temperature was in the low 40s but sun made is a little nicer. Here are some pictures:

The hunt was designed really good.  Kids had to collect 6 eggs of six different colors and than they had to build a nest for those six eggs.  So here we are trying to made those little twigs work.

After this, kids had some hot chocolate and muffins.

Near the castle there were some bunnies and a LOT of baby sheep. Those lambs were so cute.
Ian and I were studying letter L the week before, so he was really proud that could actually see the "L" word making noises and being so cute.
