That is how long we have been living in Luxembourg. And that is how long I have not used a microwave. We decided to see how long we will last without it. I almost feel like a pioneer woman, discovering new fruit and vegetables, and new ways to cook same old favorites. The other day, Ashley found the user manual for my oven. You see, there were only symbols on the dial for the oven, and I had no idea what they meant. I have been burning things a lot or undercooking, but now I will not have any excuses ;-)
....And we still have no snow! I know that I personally was looking forward to snowy season. We even bought a sleigh for the kids. Today might have been only second day without rain. Yes, there are no downpours here like in Texas, but I am still not a fan of the rain.
