Ashley though I should share this part of our trip to Cologne, Germany. We have visited a chocolate museum. The museum has covered everything from cocoa beans to the machines used to process chocolate, from old chocolate vending to , of course, the candy shop. Museum was not very big but it was interactive. I learned how they make hollow chocolate candies (do you know how?).
I am sure the kids will agree that the best part of the museum was the huge chocolate fondue fountain. The picture did not turn out really good, the dusk was approaching, but the chocolate was great as well as light and crispy cookies that were dipped in that chocolate.
