So I have noted from the Orval website that there are tours of the brewery in the monestary once per year. In May one can make reservations for the tour that will occur in September. It appears that I have found my first fall of 2012 adventure. Below I have a link to their website.
Ashley....as you know, I am a connoisseur of Belgian Ales. I imagine that their brewery tour is delightful. Monks sure know how to brew a good Belgian ale.
